How to use these in DaVinci Resolve
Captions on green: put it on the track above your video, drag Effects › Open FX › Resolve FX Key › 3D Keyer onto it and click the green.
.SRT: File › Import › Subtitle, then drag it onto the timeline.
WAV: drag it under your video and mute the original. It lines up from 0:00.
